About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to drive the expansion of our B2B services and strengthen our institutional network. This role goes beyond sales—it’s about identifying opportunities, designing smart strategies, and turning them into lasting collaborations.

You’ll work across multiple service lines, including:

  • Jasa Interpreter, by finding and securing institutional clients like international organizations and project-based institutions.
  • Annual and Sustainability Reporting, by engaging public-listed and large corporations.
  • Sworn Translation (B2B), by developing partnerships with relevant institutions that require sworn translation services.
  • Layanan ESG, by creating opportunities in consulting, training, and writing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the value of research-driven marketing, and is motivated by creating measurable business impact.

We welcome candidates who show high potential and curiosity, even if they haven’t mastered every skill yet. The right person will be proactive, analytical, creative, and genuinely interested in connecting language services with real-world business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies across interpreting, ESG, report writing, and sworn translation services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new institutional and corporate prospects.
  • Initiate partnerships, collaborations, and MoUs with institutions, corporations, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on potential clients through structured communication and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and campaigns.
  • Track results and continuously refine strategies to increase conversion and retention rates.

What We’re Looking For in You

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in B2B services.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to turn challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns, partnerships, or client acquisition projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with language services, sustainability, or consulting sectors is a plus.

We’re especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate how they’ve grown business opportunities, built institutional relationships, or led successful B2B initiatives in their previous roles.

Digital Campaign Planner

Industry-wise, we are classified as a Language Services Provider (LSP) with a global market size of US$ 62.6 billion in 2021 according to data from IMARC Group. IMARC Group also estimated that this market size will grow by 7.5% annually from 2022-2027.

Wordsmith Group is looking for a Digital Campaign Planner who will lead the company advertisement strategy using Google, Instagram, and Linkedin platforms in exploring the untapped market segments in the LSP category, nationally and globally. The main responsibility of this role is creating sales and marketing leads for the company through digital media, and promoting the company’s services using Google ads/social media ads to the local and global market.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Drive marketing/sales qualified leads through Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Instagram Ads. 

  • Develop campaign strategy by preparing copy/images, targeting, and other execution aspects, including campaign optimization. 

  • Driving qualified traffic to the company’s website, putting the company in a better position on search engines by utilizing SEO/SEM techniques and increasing sales/marketing leads from Instagram/Linkedin.

  • Preparing updates on the monthly reports, showing impacts from the campaigns and all other progress.

What we expect to see from your application:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience using Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Linkedin Ads. 

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as an SEO/SEM specialist

  • Have a well-proven level of creativity shown in the fresh and impactful copywriting skill 

  • Have a positive track record as a digital campaign planner with well-proven results on previous projects

  • Able to critically analyze data from Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Google Analytics, also mastering the ways to optimize a campaign.

  • Reliable English language skills.

  • Have leveraged initiative, leadership, and communication skills to support work performance.

  • Having workshop certificates on required skills is preferred
