Steps to getting regular translation services from Wordsmith Group:

Prepare the document/manuscript/ text you want to translate. You can estimate the cost after getting our rate card via email or WhatsApp.

We can process the translation after receiving your document via email. Payment can be made via bank transfer after we send you an invoice.

You may choose your own translation duration and of course it does not affect the accuracy and quality of the result. After the document has been translated, we will send the result in digital format or as agreed.

What is the difference between regular translation and other translation services?

Regular translation services are non-sworn and non-legal translations, which do not require a special stamp from a sworn translator. This service does not require legalization and is mainly used for documents of a general, non-confidential nature.

How much do Wordsmith Group's regular translation services cost?

Translation fees are based on the number of pages and the deadline you choose (regular, express, overnight). These fees are listed on our rate card and are fixed throughout the year. If there are any changes, we will inform you via email, newsletter, or social media.

Does Wordsmith Group also provide translation services for fiction and non-fiction works?

We provide translation services for many types of fiction works, including novels and short stories. For non-fiction works, we handle the translation of biographies, self-improvement books, cookbooks, and so on.

Is there a limit to the languages you can translate?

Our in-house translators are certified to translate from Indonesian to English and vice versa. However, our network of expertise consists of translators and linguists who are proficient in many languages around the world including German, French, Malay, Arabic, Spanish, and many others. We also frequently handle translations for Mandarin and Japanese. We are experienced in handling less common and obscure languages such as Urdu and Sasak. If your needs are outside of the commonly asked languages, it is still possible that we will be able to provide the service for you.

Does Wordsmith Group use machine or artificial intelligence to assist with translation?

No, we don’t. We fully utilize human translation. For us, only humans can understand the context and nuances of the text being translated and are able to capture implicit meanings, idioms, and cultural expressions that machines often cannot accurately translate. Last but not least, only humans are able to avoid errors that may occur due to the inability of machines to understand the full context of a sentence or text.
